A year for the History books!

On 11/11/22, Ebor Home Care travelled to Leeds Royal Armouries to attended ‘The Great British Care Awards’. We were nominated for ‘The Care Employer Award, Yorkshire & Humberside 2022’. There was 14 other companies also up for the prestigious award. To start the night, our award was first on the list. Having already been successful in the ‘York Community Pride Awards’, Ebor Home Care was proud just to be nominated for the award, we wasn’t hanging our hopes on winning this one. As the nominees was being announced, the nerves started to creep in, as it all a sudden became a real factor we could gain another fantastic accolade this year. To our surprise, they announced Ebor Home Care Ltd as the winners of this years award. This has certainly been a year to remember with this second award being added to our ever growing portfolio of achievements.

Ebor Home Care have taken the decision to give free care to a gentleman, who unfortunately found himself alone after his wife passed away. With this they have provided free calls 4 times a week to keep him company and help him when needed
