Medication Support

Medication support can range from actual administration of medication, to prompting medication. During our initial assessments, we will identify medication that our service users currently take and incorporate this in our care plans for our fully trained care staff to then action. We understand our clients needs change along with different medication, we simply add the new medication or increased dosages of medication to our automated care system, and from this, we update our care plans to make sure our client’s needs are being met to the highest level.
